Exhilarating! Clever! Moving! Funny! Go see it, you won't regret it!
Have you seen Gran Torino yet?
No, not yet, but it's on my list. That and Revolutionary Road. I saw Frost/Nixon the other day--it was really good. But Slumdog and Wall-E are still my favorites this year.
So I saw "Revolutionary Road" last night. It was just ok. Great acting, but depressing and odd.
Gran Torina was really good - the kids' acting was verrrrry stretched but I thought Eastwood was great and usually I hate him.
I'll probably see it this weekend--that and/or "The Wrestler", which has FINALLY come to Sactown.
Just saw Torino last night as well. Eastwood was killer...fitting that he dies at the end of his supposed last film he'll ever act in.
he meant died figuratively, not necessarily literally.
I meant to die in the Shakespearian way...and if I see the Wrestler this weekend, I will give no spoilers...promise
I'm sure Christine will forgive you once she hears that you like American Idol and Survivor, too.
